When Mike and I first moved into our house, there was barely anything around us…
But there was this one old farmhouse that looked a little bit shabby from the outside… and there was a sign out front…

We drove by it weekly when we first moved in…
We drove by it almost every day for 3 years when we took Ella to a babysitter’s home…
But we never went to a show…
We’ve lived in our house going on 10 years now and had NEVER been.
So when I saw they were showing a Camp Rock : The Musical, I decided to buy tickets for Ella and myself. The hubs isn’t a huge theater guy… He fell asleep during WICKED… I mean c’mon!?!?
The inside theater seating can’t be more than 75 seats and it’s very cozy. C O Z Y. You are packed in if it’s a full house and it was a full house! But its size is part of its charm. And you are so close to the set, you could almost reach out and touch them — You COULD do this if you were in the front row! You almost felt like you were at camp {with those on stage}. We had a great time.
$1 treats… Cash Only…
Tickets under $20…
Ability {for us} to walk {if it weren’t 90 degrees}
I’d say it’s a winner. It’s the perfect introduction to LIVE theater for my nuggets. Not too overwhelming, close to the stage, and home grown. Love it. I’m excited to hop over here again… Soon!
Their next show is… Our Town.
Make sure to go check out their entire 54th season (!!!) line up over at their website.
