Finally. We finally got to Top Golf.

Worth. The. Wait.
I randomly decided to round out Mike’s birthday with a Monday afternoon date to Top Golf.
Reservations seem hard to come by and it’s a little bit expensive unless you are with a group.
But I bit the bullet and reserved.
Neither of us had ever been to one, so we were both excited and unsure what to expect.
It’s so high tech. I know that sounds cliché, but I really had no idea what it would be like. The provided games are fun and can be hard. It was perfect for a little time away. Even if it is on a Monday at like 5pm. hahahha.
*You can find all the details you need to know here. I found it all very easy to follow and set up!
I think we played 4 or 5 games and then played a couple twice. We stayed for about 1.5 hours. It’s a really great setup with waiters and waitresses to take care of you for food and drink and walk you through setting your ID’s up. They also leave you alone enough to let you play! Which sounds silly, but when you are paying for time in the bay, you don’t want to be wasting it chatting it up with the waiters!
They also have everything you’d need right there! Automatic balls coming out of the system that are sensored to keep track of where they land and how you score! Not only that, but you don’t even have to bring your own clubs if you don’t have or don’t want to — women’s and men’s clubs are available at each bay!
***They also offer Junior clubs if you bring the kids should you decide to let them in on the fun!***
We had a great time! It turned out to be a beautiful afternoon kid free which always makes things a little better. I think times like this remind us that we maybe do kind of like each other. hahah. Sometimes it’s easy to forget when you are constantly surrounded by kiddos. We each enjoyed a drink and some nachos which were really tasty.
I think Mike had an especially good time which made me feel good because I felt like he got shafted for his birthday.
All in all, we had a really great time. We can’t wait to go back and Ella keeps asking us when she can go. Mike keeps trying to sneak another trip in just out of the blue! He also said, he’s taking his own clubs when he goes back… hahhaha. Getting serious about it!
Now I’m wondering if this would be a fun place for a kids birthday party in February! OOoo… wheels are turning!
