Do you guys use Poshmark? Because if you don’t, you should. This is one of my favorite apps to use for both selling kids’ clothes and also shopping for them!
In January, when it was the first of the year AND the government was shut down, I started to rid my closet.
But sometimes there are things that you just hate to GIVE away. Or maybe that’s just me?
So I made a pile of sell-able items. These were items from my closet, my husband’s, things, and the kid’s closets. I slowly took pictures of the items and started listing…
I LISTED OVER 60 ITEMS!
And I sold almost $200 worth of things! Can you believe that!?! I was a little surprised myself.
You can Sign up with code SD_ABBYK to save $5: https://posh.mk/7Pvem9EpcV–
But there wasn’t a kid’s resale thing happening until now and I was wanting to try to get as many things out of my house AS FAST as I could…
And this was a great place to start!
They do take a cut, but they take care of shipping labels and everything! It’s too easy not to take advantage of it!
IF you already have a Poshmark account, leave your handle in the comments below and I’ll see if I can find you and follow you 🙂
BUT — If you are looking for a physical kids resale option… and are local to Indy….
WHALE SALE is where it’s at!
LET’S GO SHOPPING
Whale of a Sale is this weekend (March 21-24, 2019) at Grand Park in Westfield!
It actually starts with Pre-Sales Thursday, then Friday, Saturday, & Sunday with Sunday being half price day on certain reduced items!
They are expecting over 100,000 items from over 700 sellers! That’s craziness!
But the deals are there and you should go!
I’m sending about 60 items myself including clothes and toys! Get all this out of my house! This is the perfect place for selling kids clothes!

Other options you can check out are
*Thred Up*
What I love about ThredUp is that they just send you a bag and you send it back. No sorting, or anything. Items do need to be in pretty good condition though.
*Once Upon A Child*
Easy to do, close to home. Not always as much bang for your buck though.
*Kidizen*
Online option like Poshmark, but just for kids clothing.
