A few weeks ago, we got up fairly early on a Sunday and headed over to Top Golf Fishers. We ended up getting there just after they opened hoping to not have to wait too long for a bay since we hadn’t reserved anything before we showed up. Luckily we only had a 30 min wait and we just grabbed drinks in the restaurant until our bay was ready.
We’ve visited Top Golf before as adults and with other adults, but never with kids. I shared that last year when we went for the first time. Read my recap of that visit here.
I was hesitant to take the girls…
I mean a 2 almost 3 year old and a ledge like that does terrify me a little…
Not so surprisingly, both girls LOVED it.
Ella had been asking to go for a while even though she knows nothing about golf. Olive was just along for the ride.
But we may or may not have golf lovers in the making…
FORE
First, the girls can sign in as their own players or just use your swings.
We had Ella do her own and helped Olive on our swings…
Second, they have clubs for everyone. Righties. Lefties. Kids. Babies.
And they bring them right to your bay!
TOP GOLF
Third, the games are fun, but can be stressful for kids who are new to driving and/or really want to do well! So make sure to pick a game that is all in good fun!
If you go earlier, the prices are lower and honestly this time works better for the kids anyways!
Olive picked up on the process quite quickly as you can see above.
FUN KIDS SPORTS
It’s a great way to be active and play as a family.
Mike and I used to go to the driving range just to waste time and hadn’t been in a while, but now we might be going as a family more often! And honestly, the prices vary based on the time you go, but it doesn’t have to be crazy! These are the prices from Top Golf Fishers.
And don’t forget to order a dessert for finishing a hard day of hitting balls!
These are delish and you can inject them with three types of drizzle if you like… More fun for the kids!
Golf is a nice sport to enjoy each others company while also encouraging that competitive spirit!
Have you all taken your kids to Top Golf or do you go golfing with them?
