Seasonal books are really great… especially Christmas ones! It’s fun to pull them out when it’s that time of year and go through them all like they are brand new! I love getting Christmas books for the girls to read year after year! LAwt year we rented a bunch from the library and created our holiday reading list with seasonal books from HEPL. I didn’t realize we had so many until I counted the other day! I’m sure I’m missing a few too.
There’s this nook in the corner of our loft where I have these amazing lucite bookshelves hanging and prior to the last couple years, I just kept books the girls were reading in there throughout the year. But recently I decided this was the perfect spot to highlight seasonal books.

OLIVE THE OTHER REINDEER
Quickly became a fave in our home because of, well, Olive!
TWELVE DAYS OF CHRISTMAS
I am in love with the cover of this book… I know, I know, but I do judge books by their covers sometimes!
SNOWMEN AT NIGHT
Winter themed books count too! And this one has a few sequels too!
MADELINE’S CHRISTMAS
I love anything Madeline. The books can be a bit long, but they are still some of my favorites!
I SPY CHRISTMAS
This is another fave. Seek & Find books are the best. This one is really great to spend time with the kids and have a little fun!
THAT’S NOT MY ELF
I ordered this one for Olive last year and I think most of the “that’s not my” books are super adorable!
ELF ON THE SHELF
If you’ve followed for a while you know we love our Elf Big Christmas, but this is a fun tradition if you are up for it! The book is cute to read every year too!
