So one of the first things I put on my wedding registry, 10 years ago, was a Martha Stewart dutch oven. You may or may not be able to tell that I’m a big Martha fan. Yep, major fangirl here. She’s been my #1 go-to for recipes, decor, inspiration, basically anything for at least the last 15 years. Some may not like her, but I don’t care. She can do anything, and I would love to be able to be like that too! But I digress… What I was trying to say was that I got this dutch oven about 10 years ago and I’ve maybe used it 3-4x. So after making stuffed peppers in it the other day, I figured it would be fun roundup a few more dutch oven recipes to try.
Italian Wedding Soup
I’ve honestly never made Italian Wedding Soup before, but it sounds delicious for spring evenings where there’s a bit of a chill. This recipe from The Kitchn cooked in the dutch oven should be a good one to check out!
No-Knead Bread
I haven’t ever made bread at my home and haven’t made bread since we took a class at Conner Prairie to make it in the 1800s oven which was super fun. I’ve been watching everyone make bread lately and this recipe has me intrigued. I think we’d all enjoy some nice warm bread these days.
Lasagna
via The KitchnWe don’t often make lasagna at our house because it just feels very involved, but with everything being in one pot, I think I could handle this One Pot Lasagna recipe from Pinch of Yum,

Homemade Applesauce
Feeling a little Baby Boom-ish?! This one takes me straight to wanting to feel like Diane Keaton in that movie! If you haven’t seen it, it’s a classic. Just like this classic applesauce recipe from Ina Garten which will make you feel like you can start to make your own baby foods too!
Goulash
I don’t think we’ve ever eaten goulash before, but why not try new things when we have nothing else to do! This recipe comes from Amanda’s Cooking and we’ll see how the kids respond to this but it looks delicious!
