A little while back I wrote a post called Instagrammable Indy where I shared some of my favorite Instagram worthy murals in Indianapolis. Well, I’m going to make this a little series and today we are checking out the beautiful murals in Fishers. Fishers is located just north of Indianapolis and just south of where I am in Noblesville and has so much to offer – especially with their up and coming arts scene! With so many beautiful works of art scattered around town, you’ll want to check out these 8 picks for your next swoon-worthy Instagram posts! Let’s go on a Fishers Art Crawl
ONE
Behind the Curtain
This really unique mural is one of the newest in Fishers. Located at the Jiffy Lube off Olivia Way in Fishers, it’s a part of the partnership that Jiffy Lube has with local artists all over the city. This optical illusion mural was inspired by the Wizard of Oz and painted by muralist Carl Leck.

TWO
IN This Together
This colorful mural by local artist Travis Neal can be found at the entrance to Brooks School Road Park off Brooks School Road and 116th St. Neal wanted to do something to grab people’s attention and the only request when selected for the job was to use the hashtag. The rest is a beautiful display on the inaugural art wall.
THREE
SunKing Brewery at the District
This bright mural is from artist Dan Toro of Laramie, Wyoming is found on the side of Sun King Brewing at the Fishers District off 116th.
FOUR
Thanks for Being Wierd With Me
This quirky and colorful mural is by NeKoda Witsken, a Fishers resident and graduate of HSE. The mural is located on the side of the Verizon Wireless store off IKEA Way.
FIVE
I in Fishers
This interactive art installation comes from the creative minds of 4th-grade students at Harrison Parkway Elementary School class of 2018-2019. Then Loci Creative translated their vision into what you’ll find at the AMP Pavilion at 10 Municipal Dr. Images include Fishers HS Tigers, waterways of Fishers, the state bird, and historical and future representations of Fishers.
SIX
Blue Rose Junction
This beautiful mural installation is by artist Craig Martin of Lafayette. Sometime’s people refer tot his one as “the City’s mural.” The bright blue mural is centered with a flower and then threads of color reaching out to the edges. It’s representative of how a community reaches out to bring together all the citizens of their people.
SEVEN
Progress at Four Day Ray
This mural is located on the backside of Four Day Ray which can be found in the downtown Fishers district. Enjoy a beer on their outdoor patio by the fire while lounging in the Adirondacks and taking in this beautiful piece.
EIGHT
AMP Mural
This lovely mural came about as a part of a community art project and artist Abby Emerson, another HSE grad. It’s a perfect backdrop for any photo!
That’s my top eight as of now in Fishers but don’t worry, it’s growing and there’s all kind of other art installations around this cute little town. You can find them all on this interactive map! Have you been to any of these? Any favorites? So, who wants to join me in a Fishers Art Crawl soon and hit them all in one day!?! Oh, and we can shop too!
