It’s fall yall and that means everything is everything pumpkin! You might find a fun fall diffuser blend that you like from a post earlier in the week or maybe you are just drinking all the PSLs out there! I, myself, love me some good pumpkin pie… But with this year being as it is (and us moving), we didn’t make it to a pumpkin patch! I know, there’s probably still time, but instead, we made our own playhouse pumpkin patch where there kiddos could play! And outside of that, I’ve found a TON of pumpkin Cricut crafts I want to try too! So, here goes!
I found the sign below at Target in the dollar spot and had the idea to make a fun little whimsy pumpkin patch for the girls to play in! While it wasn’t too complicated, it was fun to set up AND it was really fun to see the kids enjoy it! I also found pumpkins ALL OVER THE PLACE after this for at least a week!
But that got me excited for a few Pumpkin Crafts! I love pumpkin crafts because they work for both Halloween time and through Thanksgiving!
Most of these involve Cricuts — do you have one?! I got mine for Christmas last year and while I don’t use it ALL the time, I do think it’s a great craft resource to have! I’ve used it to monogram masks, create pillowcases for Ella’s birthday party, and to make a cute little tumbler for a teacher gift! But, if you still need a Cricut Machine or were thinking about getting one, the Cricut Air Explore is on sale for $299 through Nov 3rd, 2020! There are so many things you can do it with it! And Cricut has FREE SHIPPING for orders over $99 through Nov 30th 2020. So check out what you need here…
Ok, on to the crafts…
First, let’s assume you just ordered your Cricut and now you are ready to get started! You’ll need SVG files to use with your new machine! Hey Let’s Make Stuff has a ton of great pumpkin SVG files that you can download for FREE!
Because I wanted to make my own sign originally, I thought this tutorial from The Country Chic Cottage was great! You could easily print this on vinyl and add it to a blank sign you could grab at your local craft store! Or, if you don’t have a Cricut, you can totally do this with stencils and paint too!
And everyone loves a good cozy mug to try your hand at applying vinyl to! Pick a good orange or cream one and fun saying like this one for your new favorite fall mug! I found this one, among many other inspirational picks, at Fields of Hether.
Need materials and accessories to go with your machine? Well, you are in luck! They are 40% off through Nov 3rd, 2020! Don’t miss out!
And if you are just looking to grab a few supplies on sale, check those out here.
Enjoy your new crafts for fall!!!
